Brooklyn Heights Townhouse

A turn-of-the-century brownstone, transformed inside around one stair: wood treads rising within a seamless, hand-troweled plaster balustrade.

Lenox Hill Townhouse

The plain stucco front had lost its brownstone detail. We drew a new limestone facade, and Landmarks approved a complete replacement.

A dated 12,525 sq ft house on Long Island, stripped to its foundations and drawn again: Danish brick, charred wood, a double-height living room and a terrace over an infinity-edge pool.
